HICO's crusade ministry takes the message of salvation to open-air venues, town squares, schools, and communities across Ghana. We go to where the people are — not waiting for them to come to us.
Each crusade is a coordinated effort involving trained partner ministers, prayer teams, and follow-up workers. We don't just count decisions — we disciple, follow up, and connect new believers to local churches.
Our Northern Ghana expansion is the boldest chapter yet. The north has millions of unreached souls, and we are mobilising a whole new generation of partner ministers to meet the harvest there.

How We Serve Widows
Identification
Partner ministers identify widows in their communities — women who are vulnerable, overlooked, and in genuine need.
Registration
Each widow is registered into our care database with full details, ensuring no one is forgotten or falls through the cracks.
Support & Care
We provide practical support, spiritual encouragement, and regular follow-up — meeting physical and emotional needs.
Follow-Up
Care is ongoing. Ministers maintain relationships, check in regularly, and ensure widows remain connected to the ministry's support.
Widowhood in Ghana often means economic hardship, social isolation, and spiritual vulnerability. Many widows are left with children to raise, no income, and no support network.
HICO's Widows Care programme exists to change that story. Our partner ministers are the backbone of this work — they are present in the communities, they know the widows by name, and they carry the ministry's care into every household.

Northern Ghana: The Next Chapter
The Northern, Savannah, and Upper regions hold millions of souls — and thousands of widows — who have not yet been reached. We are building the infrastructure, recruiting ministers, and planning crusades that will take the mandate deep into the north. This is the boldest chapter in HICO's history.
